Every day is different working in care but knowing i have made a difference for each of my clients is very important to me, It is a very rewarding job.
Home Is Best provide great training and keep training up to date, I am currently completing my SVQlevel 3 which Home is Best are putting me through and supporting me along the way.
The office has a dedicated area which is used by all staff where we meet for staff meetings, training or just to catch up for a chat on our break which builds great relationships with each other.
Home Is Best is honestly a great company to work for, feeling supported and valued in my job makes such a difference to come to work and enjoy every day.
"I had no previous experience in care when I started working with Home Is Best as a support worker, but had been looking for a change in career after having and being at home with my 3 children.
I can honestly say I absolutely love my job, I wouldn’t say it is easy but I would say it is incredibly rewarding.
It has been a privilege to meet some of the most amazing people who have inspired me with their attitude and strength.
I work with an amazing team who support each other through floods, ice and snow to assist the most vulnerable.
I feel I am part of something very special and working for and with people who genuinely care."
